Our dedicated team takes pride in providing a customer focused approach to both landlord clients and occupiers of property. From our Manchester City Centre base, we are able to offer Property, Facilities and Financial Management, all under one roof.

Paul Partington
Director of Property Management

Paul has been employed in the property industry for over 20 years and has worked in both client side and investor property management.

During this time, he has managed service delivery for private investors through to major investment clients, such as Royal London Asset Management and AXA Real Estate Investment Management.

Andrew Bradburn MRICS
Director

Andrew is one of the North West's most experienced Chartered Surveyors with 40 years in Commercial Property Management dealing with some 10,000 tenants in that time...and still loves every minute.

John Somerville
Director

John has over 20 years of experience in Property Management specialising in the Commercial and Industrial sector. During this time he has worked closely with private investors and property companies helping them to develop their portfolios and get the best out of their property investments.

Mike Woods
Head of Facilities

Mike has been employed in Property Management & Facilities since 1988.

He has worked as a Facilities Manager delivering a full range of services for the Health & Safety Executive at their NW offices and for an industrial landlord managing a large portfolio in Trafford Park. For the last six years Mike has worked on a varied portfolio including, large residential, retail, industrial & city centre office accommodation.

Nicola Russell-Smith
Property Financial Controller

Nicola has been employed in the property industry for over 12 years and heads up the Property Finance Team at Roger Hannah & Co.

During this time, Nicola has worked in the accounts environment for a collection of clients with different structures, from large corporate bodies to individuals, together with a variety of properties such as Shopping Centres and Industrial units, to offices and residential flats. Nicola’s experience includes monthly client reporting, CIS and VAT returns, resolution of complex queries and calculating a daily priced index fund. 

Kat Smith
Facilities Coordinator

Kat has worked in the property industry for 6 years and has experience in residential lettings and property management. In 2015 she received her NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3.

Louis Babington
Facilities Administrator

Louis joined us in 2015 and he is responsible for managing our repairs and maintenance helpdesk. The role requires a cool head and the ability to work under pressure, which is a skill that Louis knows all about, as he is also a Resilience Firefighter when called upon. The knowledge that he has built up with the Fire Service is also useful, when considering the fire safety aspects of the buildings that we manage.
