Our team of Facilities Management staff have a wealth of experience in dealing with Health & Safety matters and the associated legislation. We can advise on Landlord’s Health & Safety responsibilities and ensure that all our managed properties are compliant with the current legislation.

We have longstanding relationships with insurers within the industry and our brokers can provide competitive insurance premiums, ensuring that your property is adequately insured.
We will liaise with insurers on your behalf, regarding any claims and we also arrange all insurance warranties and vacant property inspections, in order to comply with insurers requirements.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Over many years we have built strong relationships with tried, tested and trusted contractors, who can be called upon quickly to deal with any repairs. In relation to this we have a dedicated 'out of hours repairs hotline' to enable an efficient service to be provided, in the event of any issues arising at properties that we manage, 24 hours a day.
The contractors are accredited to and comply with a robust Health & Safety vetting procedure, and as standard they are asked to provide task-specific risk assessments and method statements, in relation to all applicable hazardous maintenance and repair tasks.
Our Facilities Management Team are also trained to ensure maintenance responsibilities between Landlord and Tenants are properly discharged. This team also deals with the routine testing of all types of key equipment found within properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and that best practice is delivered.
Our Building Consultancy Team can also advise on preventative maintenance programs and coordinate refurbishment works.
Our facilities team can ensure that all utility contracts are set up for Landlord’s supplies at competitive rates.
Where tenants are reliant upon a Landlord’s supply for their utilities, we will ensure that the meters are regularly read and that the relevant consumption is recharged to the occupiers.
We store data on all utility meters, ensuring that when a property becomes vacant the necessary change of tenancy application takes place and a contract is promptly set up to minimise deemed rates.
