The 5 Easy Steps to making your claim
1. Contact Us for a Free Review
With only a few minutes of your time, we can deduce whether progressing to our next free due diligence stage would be a beneficial engagement for both you and your property.
2. Free due diligence
With your authorisation we can act on your behalf to obtain all relevant documentation, confirming the historical position of all pre claimed Capital Allowances for your property. This is our free due diligence study.
Using our experience, we can then provide you with an approximate level of Capital Allowances available to you.
3. Terms Agreed
If you are happy with our free due diligence service and the approximated level of deliverable Capital Allowances available to you, only then will we introduce and negotiate the basis of our fees, should you wish to proceed.
Our fees are contingent based and performance related.
Once the individual fee level is agreed, our Terms of Engagement letters will be issued to you for signing.
4. property Surveyed by a Qualified Surveyor
Once the Terms are signed, our MRICS qualified and experienced Capital Allowances team of Surveyors will arrange to undertake a Plant Site & Bare Site Survey of your property, to identify the qualifying expenditure hidden within the building.
Our detailed Plant Site & Bare Site Survey reports are then provided to our specialist tax partners, BDO LLP, who completes the HMRC compliant CAVR by calculating our identified figures using the approved matrix.
5. Final Capital Allowance Valuation Report (CAVR) Provided
The HMRC compliant and maximised CAVR will then be provided to both you and your accountant, comprehensively identifying the level of tax saving available to you and your Company or Partnership.
Advice will also be provided as to how your Capital Allowances are to be included within your tax return.
We then invoice as per the agreed Terms ...& YOU enjoy your immediate Tax Savings!
Should HMRC query the report (as it is their right to do so), we will provide our specialist support for free until HMRC are satisfied that their queries are appeased.
