Roger Hannah & Co has expanded the Lease Advisory team with the appointment of Claire Matthews as a Graduate Surveyor. Claire joins the company having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy and successful completion of a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from The University of Sheffield.

Roger Hannah & Co were instructed by a tenant of a popular Manchester City Centre restaurant following receipt of a rent review notice proposing an increase of circa 50% on the annual rent. Rent review being agreed at a nil increase, representing a saving in the region of £80,000

Acting on behalf of Safetykleen UK Ltd, Roger Hannah & Co has acquired a new regional facility just outside of Heathrow Airport. The new build unit extends to 30,000sqft with extensive storage yard and on site facilities; new lease terms were agreed for a 15 year term at a rent commencing in excess of £370,000pa.
