Acting on behalf of Liquidators of the former tenant, Roger Hannah & Co have agreed a significant reduction in the business rates assessment of a suite of 6th floor offices in Ergon House in the City of Westminster.

The rateable value has been successfully reduced from £487,500 to £432,500.

After a thorough review of the rental evidence and negotiations with the valuation office, Roger Hannah & Co were able to argue the rating assessment was excessive and a reduction was agreed.

The reduction produces substantial financial savings for the client and ensures the correct calculation of business rates liability moving forward into the 2017 rating list.
