Roger Hannah & Company Limited were instructed on behalf of the owner of the above property to prepare a change of use planning application to convert an existing two storey office building into a residential dwelling.
The role included:
- Preparation of a feasibility study
- Preparation and submission of planning application including associated drawings and design & access statement.
- Negotiation with Local Authority to remove open space provision contribution.
