Changes to Energy Performance Regulations

Proposed Changes To The Energy Performance Of Buildings (Certificates And Inspections) (England And Wales) Regulations 2007 (The Epb Regultations). The DCLG has recently advised that it will not be possible to bring the latest amendments to the existing Energy Performance of Building Regulations 2007 into force on 1 July 2011, but it is their intention to implement a number of changes.
