ONE STOP – HATTERSLEY

Following the commencement of the new retail development at Valley Parade, Hattersley, Roger Hannah & Co are please to announce a Pre-Let to “One Stop Stores”, part of the Tesco Group. One Stop will occupy 2 no units as a convenience store and will anchor the new scheme.
Stuart Cooper commented “Completing a pre-let to a national occupier such as One Stop establishes the location and will compliment the other developments in the area and we hope to announce further lettings on the back of this shortly.”
