Our Client Heaton Moor Medical Centre instructed Roger Hannah & Co to undertake an acquisition survey of the above property which the practice were about to purchase as a defensive acquisition in order to preserve their car parking arrangements.

Our building surveyors inspected the property which comprised a purpose built place of worship with adjoining hall and ancillary facilities all constructed circa 1930, with an adjoining Victorian church building, and a 1970s hall which was connected to the original church building via a modern link building constructed in approximately 1980.

Roger Hannah & Co was able to report on the construction and condition of the property and our role also involved pre-purchase advice and negotiations with the Vendor.
