Case Study: 20 Greek Street, Stockport – Flat conversion change of use
Roger Hannah & Company Limited were instructed on behalf of the owner of the above property to prepare a change of use planning application to convert an existing two storey office building into a residential dwelling.
The role included:-
· Preparation of a feasibility study.
· Preparation and submission of planning application including associated drawings and design & access statement.
· Negotiation with Local Authority to remove open space provision contribution.
