£700,000 Acquisition of Stockport Mill

Roger Hannah & Co has advised clients Sterling Property Company in their £700,000 acquisition of  Welkin Mill, adjacent to the M60 in Stockport.

The 162,000 sq ft, vacant four-storey mill  occupies a 5.15 acre site on Welkin Road, Bredbury. Roger Hannah & Co has also been instructed by the new owners to market the property, either as a whole or sub-divided, to the commercial storage and warehousing rental market.
