RH & Co secures DSA to anchor mixed use redevelopment

Following negotiations by Roger Hannah & Co, a motorcycle test track has been constructed by the Driving Standards Agency on a three acre site in Bangor, North Wales.

 Acting on behalf of landlords Aurora Property Company who own the site at Llandegai Industrial Estate, Hannah's have agreed the leasing to the DSA for a term of 40 years at an annual rental of £140,000. Roger Hannah & Co is also retained to handle the sale of the investment which is being offered to the market.

Simon Cook, partner at Roger Hannah & Co, commented, "This is the first part of a comprehensive redevelopment at Llandegai Industrial Estate with the DSA being a key anchor for the mixed use development of 13 acres of land."
